How we distract ourselves

Today, I got a sneak peek of pictures from our maternity shoot in the snow.

These made my day.

I hope they’ll also brighten yours.

Special thanks to the wonderfully talented Melissa McFadden who made us look so good, and who is truly delightful to be around to boot!

OMG these are terrific! Thanks for sharing. You did indeed make my day. Who’s idea were the guns? They’re hilarious with the whole sweet pregnancy pics combined. Love it! 🙂

Thank you so much for sharing!! Day made… even at this hour! I love the Bullets and Guns theme!! Genius! And I grew up hunting, so guns, babies, photo shoots, combined – these are totally normal from where I’m sitting! You guys look great! Can’t wait for your sweetest early Valentine ever to arrive. I so wish Hudson were here to welcome him rather than blowing him kisses on his way into your arms.

Singing “Happy Birthday” to Bullet in my head for half the day. Just sending delicious newborn snuggle vibes your way! Looking forward to hearing how you’re all doing when you can, when you’re ready!

Today’s the day (well now technically yesterday). I hope it’s been everything you’ve dreamed of. Thank you for continuing to share your story, Hudson’s story, and Bullet’s story. Can’t wait to read the next chapter.
